“…inspiration for a new way to express [Sherwyn’s] creativity was ignited by a single spark. Sitting at a campfire after a day of hiking and painting landscapes, Sherwyn noticed the way the fire was interacting with the metal pan he was using to cook on. He took out some paper and placed the hot metal on it, watching it burn itself into shapes. From there, his idea for smoke art was born.”
