“Everyone is a work of art. Some of us are realists, living lives of regiment, routine, and predictability. Some of us are abstract, living lives of unpredictability and impulsiveness. Some are surrealists, constantly engulfed in dreams, aspirations and ideas;… I essentially live in a large gallery. It is my intention to create portraits that not only reflect what people look like, but but rather what they art like. The stories are told through the color schemes, the direction and length of the strokes and the array of shapes and patterns within the composition.”
